Response:
I designed the title sequence for the episode about the birth of Surrealism. Pioneers of Surrealism, such as Salvador Dali, utilised hypnagogia (the state between wake and sleep) to experience a mindless state.
Taking this as inspiration, I used machine-learning GANs (VQGAN+CLIP) to generate imagery, allowing the AI to "dream" up the title sequence. Pairing this with an ethereal soundtrack creates a dreamlike atmosphere. I set the title in a typeface that nods back to Surrealism's origin in 1920s Paris.
